Equippment & Packing Lists
These lists are not exhaustive and are very indiosyncratic.
- My "Core Pack" list. This is the stuff I carry when ever I leave the beaten path. From half hour walks in the woods with my kids to two week canoe trips in Labrador. It includes the essential saftey and emergency stuff as well as the stuff I use frequently. It's normally kept in a water tight fanny pack, ready to go. Some of the items get redistributed, depending on what I'm doing. The compass and knife onto my belt. Field notebook and pen into a shirt or vest pocket if I'm bird watching.
- My ice fishing equipment list.
- Packing list for my pocket first aid kit.
